Avsarr Quest Pvt. is based out of H. No. 828, Sector-37 in Faridabad. It’s a house that we converted into an office space, so it has a very different feel than a typical commercial building. Being in Haryana, it’s a bit of a drive for some, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main city. We use the rooms for different parts of the business. One room is for interviews, and the other is where we handle all the computer work. It still feels like a home in some ways, with the garden outside and the regular front door. We spend a lot of time looking for new opportunities for people. It’s a bit of a quest, just like the name says. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working out of Sector-37. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. The kitchen is where we all gather for lunch. It’s a simple way of working. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. Faridabad has grown a lot, and there are more businesses around us now, but our little house stays the same. It’s a practical place to get work done without the pressure of a big office block. The neighbors are nice and mostly keep to themselves, which helps us stay focused.
