We are Symphony Travels and we have been operating out of this spot at 493/29 for quite some time. Even though the name mentions Nizamuddin and New Delhi, we are actually situated in the Faridabad Allahabad area of Uttar Pradesh. It’s a bit of a weird mix but that is just how the business grew over the years. Our office isn't anything to look at twice. It’s mostly just desks, a few old computers, and stacks of travel brochures that have been there forever. We spend our mornings on the phone trying to fix routes and sort out tickets for people. Travel can be a headache with all the delays and changes, so we stay pretty busy just trying to keep things straight. It’s a lot of talking to drivers and checking schedules. We have a small team here and we drink a lot of tea while we work. The address in 211004 is where we do all the heavy lifting. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy sign. Most people come to us because their cousins or friends used us before. We know the roads and the train timings better than most. It’s a practical business. We just want to get people from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s hard work but it keeps us going every day here in India.
