We operate out of House No-3 in Block No-6, which is part of Spring Field Colony in Sector-31, Faridabad. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the industrial zones further out. We use the ground floor of the house for our main operations. It’s got a bit of a garden out front which is nice in the winter, though it gets a bit wild if we don't trim the grass regularly. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and some equipment we need for our work. We’ve been here in Faridabad for a long time. People around here know the house as the one where the office is located. We don’t have a lot of people coming and going, it's mostly just our core team working together. We spend the morning going through emails and checking on the schedules for our different projects. Sometimes we have to go out on site, but this house is where all the planning and paperwork happens. The rooms are a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit all the computers and files in. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which we kind of like. We usually have the tea kettle going for most of the afternoon to keep us going. It’s a steady pace of work without too much drama or noise. We've settled in quite well over the years and know all the neighbors.
