Sona Dance Academy

We are located right in Shiv Colony, here in Faridabad City 1342. The academy started out because we just loved dancing and wanted a place where people in the neighborhood could come and learn a few steps. It’s not a huge studio with mirrors on every single wall, but we have enough space for the classes. We teach different styles depending on who is available to show the moves. In the evenings, the place gets really packed with kids from the nearby streets. Their parents usually wait outside or chat near the door while the music is playing. It can get a bit loud, and sometimes the neighbors complain about the bass, so we try to keep the windows shut when we can. We don't have a professional website or anything like that. Most of our students just heard about us from their friends at school. We spend a lot of time practicing for local events or just for the fun of it. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the shoes, but it shows how much use it gets. It feels good to see people getting better at their footwork after a few weeks. We are just a local spot for anyone who wants to move around and enjoy some music without it being too serious or expensive. Most of the time we are just having fun with the rhythms and trying to keep everyone moving in the right direction.
