We are Silk, and we are part of Surich Hotels Pvt. Ltd. You can find us up on the second floor of the Pristine Mall. That’s over in Sector 31 in Faridabad. Being in a mall means there is always a lot of noise and people walking by. It’s a lively place to be. We handle the hotel side of things from our office here. It’s not a huge space, but it’s where we get all the planning and bookings done. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We are just a hotel team trying to provide a place for people to stay. Faridabad is a growing area, and being in Haryana keeps us close to Delhi. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we sort through it. We aren't trying to sell you a dream. We are just telling you where we are and what we do. It’s honest work. The mall environment is convenient for us. We have our regulars who come by to chat or check on things. We spend most of our time on the phone or at our computers. It’s a straightforward life. If you’re at the mall, you might see our sign. We are just here doing our daily tasks like everyone else in the building.
