Sifter International

Sifter International is based at Plot No. 227 in the Sector-24 Industrial Area. This whole neighborhood is full of warehouses and factories, so we fit right in with the rest of them. Our building is a simple structure that houses all our sifting machinery and assembly parts. It can get quite loud inside when the testing is happening, with the vibration of the machines shaking the floor. We have a lot of crates stacked up near the loading dock, waiting for the transport trucks to arrive. The lighting isn't the best, but we have enough lamps over the workbenches to see what we are doing. We spend our days fitting screens and checking motors. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done correctly. The office is just a partitioned space with a couple of old computers and some filing cabinets. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls. Most of the space is taken up by the equipment itself. In the afternoons, the sun beats down on the metal roof, so we keep the big industrial fans blowing to stay cool. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but we are used to the grease and the noise. We just focus on the job at hand and make sure everything is boxed up properly by the end of the shift. It’s a standard industrial setup, nothing more, nothing less. We just keep going.
