We are based out of House No.1169 on the ground floor in Sector-7, Block-D. This is in Faridabad, specifically the 121006 area of Haryana. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it feels a lot different than a big industrial park. Tilda Riceland Pvt. Ltd. uses this space for managing the local side of things. Since we are on the ground floor, it is easy to step outside for a bit of air. The house has that typical Faridabad look with a small gate and some plants near the entrance. Inside, we have turned the rooms into workspaces. It is a bit cramped when everyone is here at once, but we manage. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or slick posters. It's just calendars and some charts pinned up with tape. We talk to a lot of people from across India from this little office. The ground floor stays relatively cool even when it is boiling outside. We share the space with our files and a few heavy metal cabinets. It feels more like a home than a company sometimes, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We just do our tasks and try to keep things organized. No one here is wearing a suit or trying to impress anybody. We just work. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, and we have to remind them we are actually working here.
