Red Chili

You can find us at Shop Number 3 and 4 in the Centre Point Mall. This is in Sector 49, Faridabad, right near Sainik Colony. The mall was built by Achiver Builders. It’s a decent area, quite a few families live around here. We opened up because we saw the shops were available. It’s not a very big space, just those two units combined. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready. The front part is where people sit, and we try to keep it comfortable. It gets a bit dusty outside sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep the doors shut. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just us working here every day. We see a lot of the same people from the colony coming in. That’s nice because we get to know their names. The mall isn't always packed, so there are quiet times when we just sit and wait for the next person. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just put the sign up and started serving. If you're walking through the mall, you'll see us. It’s a straightforward setup. We do our own cleaning and buy our own supplies from the local market. It’s just a normal business trying to do things the right way.
