Asp Food Castle

We started Asp Food Castle here in Faridabad because we just wanted a place where people could get something to eat without any fuss. It's not a fancy five-star place with white tablecloths. It’s more of a spot where you can just show up and grab a meal. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or making sure the supplies are fresh. It gets pretty loud and hot in there, especially during the lunch rush, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really go for all that modern marketing talk. We just focus on the food and making sure the kitchen is running okay. Sometimes we run out of something, or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just how the food business goes. People in the neighborhood know us, and we see a lot of the same faces coming back. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one. The name Food Castle sounds a bit grand, but we're actually quite a small operation. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we know. We don't have a big corporate office; our office is basically a desk in the back. If you’re around Faridabad and feeling hungry, you’ll probably find your way to us. It's just simple food for regular people, nothing more than that.
