Shweta Beauty Parlour & Training Center

Down here in Ballabhgarh, Shweta Beauty Parlour & Training Center has been sitting on Main Road in Vishnu Colony for a long time. We are right near the Kheda Devat Mandir, so you can often hear the bells and the morning prayers while we’re setting up for the day. It’s not just a parlour where we do hair and makeup; we also teach girls from the area how to do these things themselves. It gets a bit crowded sometimes with the students and the regular customers all in one space, but we manage it. Faridabad can be quite hot, so the fans are always going. People come in for simple things like eyebrows or a basic haircut, and we also help brides get ready when there's a wedding in the colony. The training part is important to us because it helps the local girls find work and start their own thing. It’s a plain shop, nothing too stylish, just mirrors and chairs and the stuff we need to work. We talk a lot with the ladies who come in, mostly about family or what’s happening in the market. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but everyone around here is used to that. We just try to do a decent job so people keep coming back to Vishnu Colony to see us and learn.
