Mahi Beauty Salon

My salon, Mahi Beauty Salon, is over at Shop No 5C/544 in Market No 5. We are right on the Main Market Road in the New Industrial Township. If you know where Ld Arora Clinic is, we are very close to that, right opposite Bagga Electronics. It’s a busy part of Faridabad, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping. I opened this place because I wanted something of my own. We do threading, hair coloring, and basic facials for the women in the neighborhood. The shop isn't huge, but I’ve tried to make it look nice with some curtains and some pictures on the wall. It’s a place where ladies can come and chat while they get their work done. I have one helper who has been with me for a year. We use the local brands that people trust. Sometimes the traffic on the Main Market Road is so loud we have to shout a bit, but we are used to it by now. I keep a diary to note down when people are coming, though many just walk in when they see the light on. Being opposite Bagga Electronics helps people find us easily. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the cleaning and the supplies, but I enjoy it. It feels good to see someone walk out looking a bit better than when they came in.
