Sethis Delicacy

Sethi’s Delicacy is found in the Sector 15 Main Market, specifically at shops 9 and 10. We have been a part of this market for a long time. It’s a lively place to be, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. Having two shops next to each other gives us a bit more room, but it still feels crowded when the evening rush starts. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just put out what we’ve cooked and let the food speak for itself. Most of our furniture is a bit old now, but it’s sturdy. We spend a lot of time talking to the regulars who have been coming to us for years. We know about their kids and their jobs. It’s more like a community than just a business. We don't use any high-tech equipment in our kitchen. It’s mostly just big pots and manual tools. It takes more effort, but we like it that way. The staff is mostly family or people who feel like family. We don't always get everything perfect, and sometimes we might forget a side dish when it’s really busy. We just try to fix it and keep going. We aren't looking to expand or become a big brand. We just like our little corner of the Sector 15 market and the people we see every day. It’s just us, doing our best with what we have.
