We operate out of 3J-33 in N.I.T. and it is a regular sort of place with nothing too flashy about it. We have been working with food products here for a good while. Most of our day is spent handling inventory and making sure orders are ready for the delivery guys. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives from the suppliers, but we always manage to find space for everything eventually. The team here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything during the shift. One minute you might be on the phone and the next you are helping move boxes in the back. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is close by. It is a lot of routine, honestly. We wake up, get to the shop, check what needs to be sent out, and just get to it. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the rainy season when the streets get messy, but we keep going regardless. There is always someone coming in to check on their order or just to say hello to the staff. We do not spend money on fancy signs or any marketing stuff. We just focus on the food products we have and getting them to where they need to go on time. It has been our life for years and we know all the regulars who stop by.
