We set up shop at 1332 Sector 19 in Faridabad because it’s a decent area with enough space for what we do. Saptha Kerala Ayurveda isn't a hospital or anything like that, it's just a place where we use the old ways to help people feel a bit better. The rooms usually smell like those herbal oils we get from down south, which some people like and others find a bit strong at first. We’ve got the wooden tables and the basic stuff you need for treatments. It’s not a shiny new clinic with white walls and bright lights. It’s more relaxed than that. We have people coming in from all over Haryana, and even some from Delhi, just looking to get some relief from back pain or just to clear their heads. We keep things pretty simple. You come in, we talk for a bit about what’s bothering you, and then we see what we can do. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 19 is a real headache, especially in the evenings, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who know the routines and how to handle the herbs. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know where to find us. It's just a practical place for people who want the traditional Kerala style without having to travel all the way there.
