Sanjha Chulha Tiffin Services is based right here in Sector No. 30. We started this because we noticed how many people in the area were too busy to cook a proper meal for themselves. We are not a big restaurant with tables and waiters. Instead, we run a busy kitchen where we spend our time prepping vegetables and packing up boxes. It is hard work and the kitchen gets quite hot, but we enjoy the routine of it. Every morning we get started early so the tiffins are ready to go out on time. We do not have a fancy storefront or any big advertisements. Most of the folks who use our service found out about us just by talking to their neighbors in Sector 30. We like keeping it that way because it feels more personal. The food we make is the kind of stuff we eat at home, nothing too complicated or oily. We have a few delivery guys who know all the shortcuts around the sector to make sure the food stays warm. It is a small operation, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there are a lot of orders, but we always manage to get through it. Being in Sector No. 30 makes us feel like part of the neighborhood. We are just simple people trying to provide a helpful service to the folks living around us.
