Real Estate Firm

Our office is in Sector-17 over in Faridabad. We are at 406A. It’s a decent area and we’ve been working out of this space for quite some time now. Being a real estate firm in Haryana means we spend a lot of our time out on the road looking at different plots and houses, but this is where we come back to do the actual paperwork. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old filing cabinets and a couple of chairs that have seen better days. Sector-17 is a busy place and there is always something going on outside. We know most of the people in the neighboring offices and we usually get our tea from the small stall at the corner. Dealing with property is a lot of back and forth, so the phone is always ringing here. We don't really do any big marketing or anything. Most people just hear about us from someone else in the city and then they show up at our door. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who comes in because buying or selling a place is stressful enough as it is. We aren't some big corporate chain with fancy suits. We are just local guys who know the Faridabad streets and the people who live on them. It’s a simple business run from a simple room.
