Ravi Saloon is over at Shop 8 on By Pass Road in Faridabad. We’re tucked in near Kherdy Pool, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. The pincode is 121003. We’ve been sitting in this shop for a good number of years now. It’s not a big place, just enough room for a few chairs and some people waiting their turn. By Pass Road stays pretty busy with cars and bikes going past all day long. We see a lot of commuters and locals. We mostly do haircuts and the occasional shave. It’s the kind of place where you don't need an appointment, you just walk in and wait a bit if there's someone ahead of you. We don't go in for any of that modern styling stuff that costs too much. We just do regular cuts for regular people. The shop is simple and we like it that way. We keep our scissors sharp and the floor swept as much as we can. It’s a one-man or two-man operation most days. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since we first opened near Kherdy Pool. But we’ve stayed pretty much the same. If you’re passing by on the By Pass and need a trim, you can just stop in. We’ll get you sorted out and you can be on your way. It’s just honest work in a local shop, nothing more to it.
