We are located at 541 Sector 21C in Faridabad. This is where the Rai Foundation does its daily work. Sector 21C is a fairly standard part of the city, and our building is just a normal property on the street. It’s not a big institutional campus, just a functional space where we handle the foundation’s tasks. We have a few rooms set up with desks and bookshelves. You’ll usually find some of us typing away or discussing projects over a glass of water. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, though you can hear the kids playing outside or cars passing by on the main road. We keep track of all our records and plans right here. There are piles of paper and some old computers that still work fine for what we need. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been in this part of Faridabad for some time now and we like the pace of life here. It’s not as rushed as New Delhi. People from the neighborhood sometimes stop by to ask what we do, and we just explain it simply without any big speeches. We just focus on the day’s work and try to stay organized in our little corner of Sector 21C. It is important to stay on top of the paperwork every day.
