Rahul Foods (India)

Our business is over at D-449 in the Badkhal Extension. It’s a bit of an out-of-the-way spot, but it works well for what we do at Rahul Foods (India). We focus on food processing and packaging, which means there is a lot of weighing, sealing, and checking bags. The space is mostly filled with storage shelves and packing tables. We have a small group of local people who come in every day to help with the manual work. It’s a simple operation, really. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. Most of our time is spent making sure the ingredients are fresh and that the bags are sealed properly so nothing goes to waste. The area around Badkhal Extension is a mix of residential and small commercial spots, so it feels quite grounded. We have a routine where we start early, get the batches done, and then spend the afternoon organizing the logistics for the next day. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or issues with the suppliers, which can be frustrating, but we just figure it out as we go. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to get food out to the people who buy it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to do a decent job every single day without any fuss. It's a lot of repetitive work, but it pays the bills and keeps the business going forward.
