It might seem a bit unusual to find us here in Sec-19, Vasundhara, instead of at the airport, but this is where our office is set up. We are right in Ghaziabad, handling a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for the airline. It’s a standard office building in a busy neighborhood. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails about flights and bookings. The office is usually humming with the sound of printers and people talking. We have a small team here, and we’ve all gotten pretty close because we work in such a tight space. Outside, the streets of Vasundhara are always active with local markets and people going about their business. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a huge lobby like you’d see in a terminal. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes we have customers drop in with questions, and we do our best to help them out right there. The chairs are a bit worn out, and the carpet has seen better days, but it’s a good place to work. We deal with all sorts of situations, from lost luggage queries to complicated ticket changes. It’s a lot of staring at flight schedules and coordinates. We just take it one day at a time, making sure everything is handled correctly for the passengers.
