Pizza Hut

We’re over at B-27 in Green Field Colony. It’s just a simple spot, not like those huge ones you see in the malls. We’ve been here for a while, serving the people who live around this neighborhood. Green Field Colony is a nice place to be. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things are running. The kitchen isn't massive, but we know where everything is. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in there, especially in the summer months when the fan isn't enough. We don't have a lot of fancy seating, mostly people just come in and pick things up. It’s a local operation, really. We know a lot of the neighbors by name since they stop by so often for their dinner. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just keep the ovens going and the floor swept. It’s a basic setup at B-27. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s something going on in the colony. We just handle the orders as they come in. There’s no corporate talk here, just us trying to stay on top of the work. If you live nearby, you’ve probably walked past our door a dozen times. We’re just part of the local scenery now, doing our thing every day. We hope to stay here for many more years to come and see the kids grow up.
