If you’re in Meerut and you head over to Shastri Nagar, you’ll find us at 77/1. That’s the spot for Pind Balluchi, also known around here as Grand Vatika. We’ve been set up in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a long time. Shastri Nagar is one of those neighborhoods where everyone seems to know everyone else. Our place at 77/1 is pretty easy to spot. It’s a solid building that’s been through many seasons. We don't go in for all that modern, glass-and-steel look. It’s a more traditional feel here. Inside, it’s usually quite lively. We have a lot of space, which is why the Grand Vatika name gets used. It’s not just a small room; we can fit a good number of people. The staff here has been with us for years, so we’re all like a big family. We don't have any scripted greetings or corporate rules about how to talk to people. We just say hello and get to work. The street outside can get pretty jammed with traffic, especially on the weekends. Meerut is a busy city, and Shastri Nagar is no exception. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this road, but Pind Balluchi is still standing. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy ads. We just focus on what’s happening inside our four walls. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far in UP.
