Pind Balluchi Restaurant

Our place is over in Sector 16, specifically at House Number 2398. It is a bit different running a restaurant out of a spot like this in Faridabad, but it works for us. Pind Balluchi has been a name people know for a while. Inside, it’s all about the food and the people sitting at the tables. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen where it gets really hot, especially during the summer months. You can smell the spices from out on the street sometimes. We try to keep the floors swept and the tables wiped down, though it gets crowded on the weekends. Sector 16 is a nice part of town, and we see a lot of locals who come in after work. It’s not about being fancy or having silver spoons. It’s just about getting the orders right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. Sometimes we run out of something on the menu because the market didn't have what we needed that morning. We just tell the customers how it is. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how the kitchen runs. We’ve got some plants outside that we try to keep alive despite the heat. It’s a lot of long hours, but seeing the same faces come back every week makes it feel like we are doing something right in this little corner of Faridabad and we just keep the doors open for whoever wants a meal.
