Omnia Bpo Services

Our office is located at House Number 546 in Parvatiya Colony. We are right on Saran School Road in Faridabad, which is a busy part of Haryana. There is always a lot of noise and movement going on outside our windows. We do BPO services under the name Omnia, which basically means we are on the phones and working on computers all day long. The house was converted into a workspace, so it feels a bit more like a home than those cold, sterile offices you see in movies. We have desks squeezed into every corner where they could fit. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking to customers at once, but that is just how a call center works. We drink a lot of tea to keep our voices from giving out. The road outside can get really clogged with traffic when the school nearby lets out, so we hear a lot of car horns. We do not have a big HR department or any fancy lunchrooms. We just bring our own tiffins and eat together when we can find the time. It is a hardworking group of people here. Most of us live nearby in Faridabad, so the commute is not too bad. We deal with all sorts of customer questions and data tasks. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We do not use those fancy scripts; we just talk to people normally.
