M/S Simran Beauty Parlour

I have been working here at House Number 235 for a long time now. Living in Faridabad City means you get used to the heat and the dust, so M/S Simran Beauty Parlour is basically a spot where the local ladies can come to get away from the sun for a bit. It is not one of those big fancy places you see in the main market or the malls. It is just a part of my house that I turned into a work space with some basic chairs and a couple of large mirrors. Most mornings start around ten after I finish my own housework. People from the nearby lanes walk in for simple things like threading or a hair oil massage. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a little noise and the street outside stays busy with rickshaws, but nobody really minds the noise. We mostly just chat about the local news or what is happening with the families nearby while I am working. I do not have a big signboard, just the house number and the 121002 pincode that people use to find the place. I keep all my stuff in a small wooden cupboard that has been there since I started. It is a very simple way to earn a living here in Faridabad. I do not do any real advertising because the neighbors already know I am here. Sometimes my own kids are around while a customer is waiting, but that is just how a home business works.
