M/S Nitya Travels & Tours Faridabad

Our travel and tour business is based out here in the village of Garhkhera. It’s a bit away from the main Faridabad city, near the Atali post office. We’ve been operating under the name M/S Nitya Travels & Tours for a while now. Living in a village means everyone knows everyone, so we get a lot of local people coming by to ask about bus tickets or train schedules. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It’s just a simple room with a couple of chairs and a computer that’s seen better days. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains heavily, and we have to wait a bit to get things moving again. My cousin helps me out with the bookings when things get busy during the wedding season. People around here trust us because we live right here in the district. We know the local roads and which drivers are reliable. It’s a very hands-on job. I spend a lot of my time on the phone making sure the cars are ready or talking to families about their upcoming trips. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that; people usually just call my mobile or walk into the office. It’s a slow pace of life in Garhkhera, and we like it that way. We just want to help our neighbors get where they need to go without any trouble or confusion along the way.
