You’ll find our travel office at 99/3 in Sayad Wara, which is part of Old Faridabad. It’s an older part of town with narrow streets and lots of activity throughout the day. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. We help people with all kinds of travel arrangements, like booking buses or trains or figuring out routes for their journeys. It’s a small office, and it often feels a bit cramped when a few families come in at the same time to plan a trip. We have stacks of registers and a few computers that we use to check schedules and availability. It’s not a polished corporate office; it feels more like a local shop where neighbors drop by. We know a lot of the people who live nearby because they’ve been booking with us for years. The walls have a few old maps on them that have been there forever. Sometimes the street outside is so loud with traffic and people that we have to shout a bit to be heard. We just do our best to get people their tickets and answer their questions about prices or timings. It’s a busy life, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go back to their hometowns. We don't have any big slogans or missions, we just handle the bookings. It’s a straightforward job that keeps us on our toes. Old Faridabad has its own pace, and we’re just a small part of it.
