Kwality Groups

Kwality Groups is based at H No-348, Type-2, over in the Nh 4 area of Faridabad. Being located in Haryana-121001 means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial and commercial activity. Our office is a simple house setup, which is quite common for businesses around here. It is definitely not a big, shiny corporate building. We have a few different rooms dedicated to various parts of our daily work. The walls are a bit plain, and we have folders and files piled up on almost all of the desks. It gets pretty dusty inside because of the heavy traffic on the highway nearby, so we are constantly having to wipe things down. We usually get to the office around nine in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. There is no strict dress code here; we all just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. Most of us live in the nearby sectors, so the commute is not too bad. We know all the neighbors and the local shopkeepers by name. Sometimes we sit out on the front porch for a quick break if the weather is not too hot. It is a very straightforward and honest environment. We do not spend any time on fancy presentations or long, pointless meetings. We just talk to each other and get the tasks sorted out.
