Konduco, Faridabad

We operate out of House No 484 in Sector 30, Faridabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a typical office building. There are trees along the street and most of the houses have small gardens out front. We like it here because it is relatively quiet compared to the main market areas of the city. Our workspace is spread across a couple of rooms in the house. We have our computers and printers set up on regular wooden tables. The windows look out onto the street, and sometimes we see the local vendors selling vegetables or the mailman making his rounds. It’s a simple setup without any fancy signage or glass doors. Most of our day is spent at the desks, answering calls and handling whatever paperwork comes our way. The gate squeaks a bit when people come in, but we haven't gotten around to oiling it yet. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice to let some fresh air in. During the summer, it gets pretty hot, so we keep the coolers running most of the time. There’s a small space where we keep our files organized, though things can get a bit messy when we are busy. People in the sector mostly keep to themselves, which suits us fine. We’ve been at this address for a good while and it has become a very familiar place for us to be every day.
