Our office is tucked away at 3F/9 in NIT Faridabad. If you know this part of Haryana, you know it’s a busy industrial and residential mix. We’ve been operating from this 121001 zip code area for some time. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard office block with stairs that have seen a lot of footsteps. Inside, it’s mostly computers and desks. We spend our shift hours staring at screens and talking on headsets. It can get pretty loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch and complain about the traffic on the way in. The commute can be a bit of a grind, depending on where you're coming from. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or designer furniture. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, and we all just have to deal with it. We have a mix of young people and some older staff who have been around since the start. We handle a lot of data and back-office tasks that keep things moving for the companies we work with. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s steady. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to get home on time without too much trouble.
