Kamna Beauty Parlour

Kamna Beauty Parlour is tucked away at Shop No.25 in Shastri Colony. It’s right there in the N.I.T part of Faridabad. The shop is small and cozy, and I’ve been running it for quite a while now. Most of the women from the colony come here for their regular stuff like eyebrows or a quick face wash. We don’t have those big fancy reclining chairs, just simple ones that get the job done. I started this place because I wanted something of my own in the neighborhood. It’s usually just me or maybe one other helper during the wedding months when things get really crazy. The shelves are lined with different creams and bottles we use every day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use hand fans, but nobody really complains because everyone knows everyone here. It feels more like a place to chat and catch up on local news while getting your hair done. I try to keep the place tidy, but with hair and powder, it’s a constant task. The door is usually open to let some air in from the street. You can find us easily once you enter the colony. We aren't trying to be a big spa or anything like that. It’s just a honest little parlour for the local ladies who need a bit of grooming and some quiet time away from their housework.
