K T B Hotels Pvt Ltd. is based over at Fca-226A in S.G.M. Nagar. We aren't right in the middle of the main market, but we’re close enough that people find us. This place in Nit Faridabad is where we handle the administrative side of things for the hotel business. It’s a bit of a crowded neighborhood, so parking can be a real headache some mornings. We have a couple of rooms set up as offices where we deal with bookings, staff schedules, and all the bills that come with running a place. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks piled with folders and papers. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to vendors or checking on how things are going at the properties. The building itself is pretty plain, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a workspace. We’ve got a dusty old fan that makes a clicking noise in the corner, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask about something. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that here. It’s just where the behind-the-scenes work happens. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It gets hot in the summer, so we drink a lot of cold water and try to get the paperwork finished before the afternoon heat really hits. It’s just a normal office life.
