We are located at A-52 in Gokhale Market, which is right by the Tis Hazari area. K K Plastics is a small shop, and we’ve been in this market for a long time. It’s a very busy part of the city, with rickshaws and carts always blocking the narrow lanes, so getting deliveries in and out can be a real struggle sometimes. We mostly deal with all kinds of plastic goods—bottles, containers, household items, and some industrial bits too. The shop is usually overflowing with bags and boxes, so there isn't much room to move around inside. It’s me and one other guy handling everything. We don't have a big office or a computer to manage the inventory; we just keep an eye on the shelves and order more when things look low. The air always has that faint smell of new plastic, which you get used to after a while. Most of our customers are regular traders from the market or people who have been coming to us for years. It’s not a polished retail store; it’s more like a warehouse where we happen to sell things. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or helping people load their purchases onto their cycles. It’s just a normal day-to-day business in a crowded market. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that, we just stay open and wait for the next person.
