Shri Ram Industries

Shri Ram Industries is located over at G 100 in SGM Nagar. It is an industrial area so there is always some kind of noise from the machines or trucks passing by on the main road. We have been working out of this unit for a good while now. The space is filled with equipment and the smell of oil and metal. It is not a showroom or anything like that. It is just a place where work gets done every day. Most of the guys here live nearby so we all know each other well. We start early in the morning when the sun is just coming up. The floor is concrete and stays cold in the winter. Sometimes we have to move things around just to find space for new materials coming in. SGM Nagar can be quite busy during the afternoons. We handle the manufacturing side of things here. It involves a lot of repetitive tasks but that is the nature of the industry. We keep the doors open mostly for ventilation. You won't find any shiny signs or big displays here. Just the name on the wall and the address G 100. We spend most of our time on the shop floor rather than in the office. It is practical work for practical people. Usually, someone is fixing a machine or loading a crate. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. It is just a regular factory life with its own set of daily routines.
