Industrial Components Manufacturing Co is tucked away in Sector 21 A, specifically in the Fateh Pur Candila area. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with the local streets. We make various components that go into other machines, so there’s always the smell of cutting oil and the sound of metal being worked on. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it serves our purpose well enough. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a good bit of time, so everyone knows their role without needing much direction. The morning starts with a quick check of what needs to be finished by the end of the day. Some days we are ahead of schedule and other days we are scrambling because a machine decided to act up. Fateh Pur Candila has its own charm, even if it’s mostly industrial. We see the same faces every morning at the local stalls. There isn't any corporate fluff here; we just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way of the heavy trucks moving through the narrow roads. It’s a practical setup and we like it that way. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales force, just the workshop and our tools. Most of our time is spent making sure the dimensions are right.
