G S Plastic Moulding Works is tucked away in the Nehru Ground area of Faridabad N I T, right at B - 25. It’s a gritty part of town, full of workshops and small businesses like ours. The sound of the moulding machines is pretty much the soundtrack to our days. We have been at B - 25 for several years, and the walls are covered in the kind of grime you only get from working with heat and plastic every day. It’s not a place for suits. We wear old clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. The space is filled with molds and different types of raw materials. We don’t have a receptionist; if you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us covered in oil or dust. We handle the orders as they come. There’s no big strategy, just getting the molds right and making sure the output is what it needs to be. Nehru Ground is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside. We like the energy of the market nearby. Sometimes we get stuck on a difficult piece, and it takes a few tries to get it right. That’s the nature of moulding work. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making parts and keeping the machines running. It’s a simple life at B - 25.
