Jai Durga Plastic

Our place is on Malerna Road in Adarsh Nagar. Jai Durga Plastic is basically a big shed filled with materials and the smell of warm plastic. It is a bit of a walk from the main road so it stays a little quieter here. We have a couple of machines that run most of the day. They make a steady thumping sound that you stop hearing after a while. The yard outside is usually full of sacks and scrap waiting to be moved. It is a dusty business, so we are always sweeping up but it never stays clean for long. We have a small office tucked in the corner but we mostly stay out on the floor. My brother and I started this a while back and we just take it one day at a time. We have a few local guys who help us out with the heavy stuff. Lunch is usually brought from home and we eat it quickly so we can get back to work. The winters are okay but the summers are tough because the roof is metal and it traps all the heat. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything, we just want to get the orders out on time and keep the machines running. People know us in Adarsh Nagar as the guys who are always there working. It is a basic life but it works for us.
