Steriware Plastic Products

You can find Steriware Plastic Products at number 60 in Sector 24. We work with plastics here, mostly molding and shaping things. The machines run pretty much all day, making that constant humming sound. It is a bit cleaner than a metal shop but there is still a lot of scrap and dust from the plastic pellets. We have bags of raw material stacked up against the walls. Sector 24 is a busy area, so there is always some activity outside our door. We are just a regular group of people working here. No one wears a suit or anything like that. We are usually in old t-shirts and trousers that we do not mind getting dirty. The space is divided into the production area and a small spot where we pack things into boxes. Sometimes we run out of tape or boxes and someone has to run out to the local market to get more. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We do not have any big slogans or mission statements written on the walls. We just have the production schedule and a calendar. It is about getting the orders done and making sure the machines are maintained. We have been at this address for a good stretch of time and the neighbors know us. The plastic smell is something you stop noticing after the first hour. We just keep our heads down and watch the molds. It is simple, honest work that keeps us all occupied throughout the week.
