Just Look Gift Center & Beauty Parlour

Just Look Gift Center & Beauty Parlour is in Shop No 661/29 in the NIT area of Faridabad over in Jawahar Colony. It is a bit of an unusual setup because one half of the shop is full of gift items and the other half is where the beauty work happens. You will see shelves piled high with toy cars, picture frames, and wrapped boxes right next to the salon chairs. It gets a bit crowded when we have a few people in at once but we make it work. I spend a lot of time moving things around to make space for the customers. The gift side has a lot of colorful ribbons and paper that sometimes end up on the floor. In the back we have the chairs and the wash basin for hair. The lighting is just a few long tubelights on the ceiling. Because we are in Jawahar Colony we see a lot of kids coming in to buy birthday presents while their mothers are getting something done in the parlour. The front window has some displays of clocks and statues that have been there for a long time. It can get quite hot in the summer so we keep the door closed and the fan running constantly. We don't have a big sign but most people in the NIT area know the shop number 661/29. It is just a practical place for the local people.
