We are over here in Sector-15/A in Faridabad, at house number 865. It is a decent spot for a restaurant, tucked away in the neighborhood. People from around Haryana come by when they are hungry. We have been running the Indochiene place for some time now. It is not a huge chain or anything, just our local setup. The kitchen is always a bit hot and there is always a stack of dishes waiting. We keep the tables wiped down and the chairs straight. It is a lot of manual work, honestly. Some days we get a big rush around dinner time and it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything too fancy, just a place to eat. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a while. We know who likes what and who usually sits where. We have our own way of doing things, nothing too formal. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and making sure the supplies are stocked up. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to scramble. That is just life in the food business. We like the area; it is mostly quiet except for the weekends. If you walk down the street in Sector-15/A, you will find us easily enough. We are just regular people trying to keep a business going in this part of town.
