Indian Air Force

This is H.No.128, a Type-III quarter in the NH-IV area of N.I.T. Faridabad. It’s part of the residential housing for people associated with the Indian Air Force. It’s a quiet neighborhood, mostly filled with families and other personnel who are stationed or working in the region. The houses are standard government style, built for durability rather than looking fancy. There’s a small garden area out front that some people try to keep up with, though the heat makes it hard sometimes. Life here is pretty routine. You see people heading out early in the morning and coming back in the evening. It’s a community where everyone kind of knows each other, or at least recognizes the faces from around the block. We aren't an office open to the public for walk-ins or anything like that. It’s just a home base. The streets are paved but have the usual wear and tear you’d expect in a place like this. Being in N.I.T. means we are close to the markets if we need anything quickly. There’s a sense of order because of the background of the people living here. It isn't a place for big signs or advertisements. Just a quiet street in Haryana where we live and go about our business. It feels safe and lived-in, with kids playing outside when the weather is decent. We’ve been settled in this quarter for quite some time now.
