Human Resource Company

This is Human Resource Company and we operate out of 2J/59 in the N.I.T area of Faridabad. It’s a pretty standard setup we have here in Haryana. The office is located in a spot that’s easy enough to find if you know the N.I.T layout. We spend a lot of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a change in their careers. It can be a lot of talking, honestly. Some days our throats are sore by five o'clock. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who understand how hard it is to find the right person for a job. The walls are covered in notices and calendars. We don't use any complicated software that promises the world. We just use what works and keep our notes organized. People come in and out all day, some looking hopeful and others just checking in. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If there’s work, we say so. If there isn’t, we don't lead them on. Life in Faridabad moves fast and the job market is no different. We just stay at 2J/59 and do our part. The building is older, but it serves us well for what we need to do. It’s just regular office work, making sure people get a fair shot at the roles they are qualified for.
