Down in Sector 10 of Faridabad, you’ll find us at House Number 1042. That’s where Hi-Tech Gear Pvt Ltd is based. We’ve been in this Haryana neighborhood for quite a while now. Sector 10 is a decent area, mostly residential but with some businesses like ours mixed in. Our office is inside H.No. 1042, so it feels more like a home than a cold corporate office. We’ve got some desks set up and the usual equipment you’d expect for a gear company. It’s not a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us working together. The street outside is usually lined with trees, which is nice when it’s hot out. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, with new houses going up and people moving in and out. But we’ve stayed put at 1042. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make space, as things can get a bit cramped when we’re busy. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people who know about Hi-Tech Gear found us through word of mouth or because they saw the sign on the gate. We just try to get the work done right and keep things moving. It’s a steady pace here in 121006. We like the local feel of being in a sector rather than a big industrial park. It makes the workday feel a bit more personal and less like a machine.
