Hi-Fy Travels

Our little travel spot, Hi-Fy Travels, is located at H.No-1E/81 in the N.I.T area of Faridabad. It’s basically a home office where we help people with their travel plans. We don’t have a big storefront with neon signs. It’s just a room with a couple of computers, some chairs, and a lot of pens that usually don’t work. The N.I.T area is pretty busy, so there’s always the sound of horns and people talking outside. We do a lot of bookings for trains and flights, mostly for people who live right here in the neighborhood. They know they can just walk over and talk to us whenever they need something sorted out. We have a small fan that wobbles when it’s on the highest setting. The walls have a few old calendars hanging on them that we haven't taken down. We don't use any fancy software, just the standard stuff that gets the job done. It’s a very local feel here. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. Sometimes we sit and talk for a while even after the tickets are printed. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just try to get the dates right and make sure everyone has what they need. It’s a simple business run by regular people who live and work in Faridabad. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay for as long as we can.
