Greaves Travel

We’ve been running Greaves Travel out of the Reteck Co Operative Society in Sector 21-C for a good while now. Faridabad is our home and we like it here in this corner of Haryana. Our office isn't anything like those big fancy ones you see in the movies. It’s just a simple room with some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of calendars on the walls. We spend our days mostly on the phone or looking at computer screens to find travel routes for people. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s just us doing the work. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are just local people who know how to book a ticket and find a hotel. Sector 21-C is a nice enough place to be based. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit often. Most of our neighbors in the society know who we are. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually just find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. We try to be helpful and honest about what’s available. If a flight is going to be a mess, we tell you. We don’t try to sugarcoat things. It’s just a plain, small business trying to keep things moving. We’ve had some long days here, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running your own place.
