Our office is over in Naraina Vihar, specifically at E 49. It’s a decent part of New Delhi, and we’ve been here for quite a while now. The building is a typical Delhi structure, and our space is filled with maps, old brochures, and a lot of files. We spend our days planning trips and talking to travel agents and customers. It’s a lot of logistics, like figuring out train timings or booking hotels in cities we’ve never even been to. The phones ring quite a bit, and there’s always someone asking about a tour itinerary. We have a small group of people working here, and we usually have tea together in the afternoons. It’s not a high-tech setup; we still rely a lot on our notebooks and printed schedules. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by delivery trucks, which can be a bit annoying when we’re trying to get out for meetings. The office can get a bit dusty because of all the paperwork, but we try our best to keep it tidy. We’ve seen the travel industry change a lot over the years, but our day-to-day routine stays mostly the same. We just focus on getting the details right so that people’s holidays go okay. It’s a lot of desk work, but we enjoy the stories we hear from travelers when they come back.
