If you come to South City Arcade, you’ll find us on the first floor at office 106. We’ve been running Deneb & Pollux Tours & Travels (P) Ltd from this same spot in South City 1 for a good while. The arcade is usually full of people, but our office stays pretty steady. We mostly spend our days on the phone or looking at booking systems to figure out the best ways for people to travel. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do. We deal with all sorts of travel stuff, from local trips to things much further away. Sometimes the elevator in the arcade acts up, so most of us just take the stairs to the first floor. It keeps us moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a reliable one that people in the area can count on. My desk is usually covered in papers and notes about different flights and hotels. We don't have any fancy speeches to give you. We just listen to what you need and see if we can make it work. It's a bit of a maze in the arcade sometimes, but once you find 106, you're in the right place. We appreciate the regulars who have been coming to us for years. It’s nice seeing familiar faces.
