We’ve been running Delhi Travels & Tours from this spot in 5D-44 N.I.T. Faridabad for quite a while now. Most days are just us sitting here at our desks, answering the phone and trying to figure out train or flight schedules for people in the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy setup, just a couple of computers and a lot of maps pinned to the wall. People usually drop by when they want to visit family or maybe take a short break somewhere near the hills. We handle the paperwork, book the cars, and make sure the drivers know where they’re going. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tickets get sold out while we’re talking, and then we have to start all over again. It gets pretty busy around the holidays when everyone wants to go at the same time. Faridabad is a tough place with the traffic, but being right here in N.I.T. makes it easier for locals to just walk in and ask questions. We don't have any big speeches or anything like that. We just help you get from here to there without too much trouble. Sometimes we’re just chatting about the best roads to take to Agra or how the weather is in Manali. It’s practical work, and we like being part of the local scene. If you need a ticket or just want to know how much a taxi costs to the airport, we’re usually here till late evening.
