Convergys India Services

Convergys India Services is located over here in Sector 23 of Faridabad. The address is house number 669. This isn't one of those massive glass and steel buildings you see in the corporate parks. It's a regular house in a residential sector. We have several computers set up in the front rooms and we do all our work from there. Sector 23 is a decent enough place to be. It has some nice parks and small grocery shops nearby. Most of us live quite close by so the daily commute isn't too bad for the team. We spend our entire day on calls or handling data for the systems. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is talking at once on their headsets. We have a small water cooler for the summer months because it gets incredibly hot in Haryana. The office is basically just a few rooms that we converted for work. We don't have a canteen or any of those fancy office perks. We usually just order lunch from the local dhabas or bring our own tiffins from home. It’s a tight group of people working here. We know each other's families and what's going on in the local neighborhood. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just doing the jobs we have. Sometimes the printer jams or the AC leaks, and we just fix it ourselves without complaining. It’s a very practical way to run a business.
