Call Center(Part Time)

Down in New Extension Colony in Palwal, we run this little part-time call center. It’s not one of those massive buildings you see in the tech parks. It’s a much smaller operation, mostly for local people who need a few hours of work in the evenings or between other jobs. The colony is a busy place, and our office fits right in with the houses and small shops. We have a few rows of phones and some old headsets that have seen better days. It gets a bit cramped when the full shift is in, but everyone gets along okay. We mostly handle basic calls, answering questions or following up on things for different people. It’s not high-pressure work, but you have to stay focused. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we just wait it out and chat for a bit. It’s a good spot for students or people looking to make a little extra money on the side. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our staff heard about us from a friend or a neighbor. It’s a very local feel here in Faridabad district. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If the weather is nice, we usually leave the door open to get some air. It’s just a regular place where people come to talk on the phone for a bit and then go home. We’ve been here a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day.
